How do I request reimbursement of Travel Expenses for CIRA events?

To request reimbursement for travel expenses, eligible individuals—such as members of the Board of Directors/Alternates, Executive Committee, Subcommittees, Ad Hoc Committees, CIRA staff, and others designated by the Executive Committee or Board—must submit an approved Travel Expense Reimbursement Form. Acceptable expenses include lodging, meals, transportation (mileage, airfare, rental cars, parking), business-related phone/internet charges, conference registration fees, and tips incurred during Board meetings, committee meetings, authorized conferences, workshops, and other CIRA-approved events. Please review CIRA’s Travel & Expense Policy for additional details.
